POWERMAN Austria 2012, the 16th edition

POWERMAN Austria in Weyer celebrates its 16th edition on August 19st, 2012. The race is held over the distances 15,6 km run / 82,4 km bike / 7,3 km run through the scenic Nationalpark region “Ennstal”. The Duathlon event has been part of the POWERMAN World Series since 1995. The current leader in the world ranking – Joerie Vansteelant BEL - is already named on the entry list as well as Anthony LeDuey FRA and some other Top Ten athletes. Therefore it will be an exciting fight of the best duathlets of the world.

Modified course through an attractive landscape
Since 2009, the new challenge for all athletes was the extended bike course as well as the adapted running course in Weyer. Everybody – the athletes, the spectators and the organising team – was thrilled about the modified course and the new challenge. Therefore we are looking forward to a great and exciting POWERMAN competition in August in Weyer/Austria!
